Hi there! We’re Steven and Roeline and our hearts have always been in Italy. For years we’ve explored its rolling hills, charming towns and vibrant culture. In 2023 we took a leap and bought a beautiful farmhouse in Calvi dell’Umbria, nestled in the southern part of this breathtaking region. What a journey that was!
The experience taught us so much – not only about ourselves but also about the challenges of renovating and creating a home abroad. Along the way we connected with incredible local professionals who shared their expertise and passion. But we also realized something: the process of buying, renovating and renting a property in Italy can be overwhelming. It’s often confusing, time-consuming and leaves people wondering where to start.
We knew there had to be a better way – one that’s transparent, straightforward and empowering. We wanted to create a solution that combines modern technology with the timeless charm of Italian living. That’s how Lussovera was born.
Our Mission
At 33 and 34, we’re young, ambitious and driven to help others achieve their Italian dream. We believe that anyone, no matter their age, can make this dream a reality. Whether it’s a countryside escape or a bustling village retreat, we’re here to make it happen.
As a new generation, we also care deeply about doing things the right way. Sustainability matters to us – not as a buzzword, but as a principle that guides how we work and live. From eco-friendly materials to mindful renovations, we aim to create beautiful, lasting homes that honor the environment.
