Build

- High-spec or custom design: €2,500–€3,500/m²
- Project management: 10% of total renovation budget (min. €5,000)

- Basic renovation: from €700/m²
- Comprehensive restoration: €1,000–€1,300/m²
- Heritage or high-end finishes: €1,500–€2,500/m²

Rent
- 20% commission on rental income (incl. guest handling & marketing)
- One-time setup (photos, listing, calendar): from €500
- Optional cleaning & laundry service: from €80 per turnover
